With not one, but two superb air-conditioned exercise studios, River Bourne Club is unique in the area for being able to offer over 70 classes every week!

Follow the links on the left to the area's biggest and best range of aerobic, dance-fitness cross-training and exercise classes! There's truly something for everyone, from favorites like Bums and Tums to yoga and Pilates. Also in there, are the regulars, Pilates, Step, group cycling and Body Pump, so whatever your age, ability or fitness level, there's a collection of classes for you now offering Zumba – the worlds fastest growing fitness product and waterworks – a brand new style of aqua aerobics.
